Bring The Right Spirit

We are the family of God and we are

commanded to gather ourselves together

and worship Him in His church. Worship

is a time to focus on our Creator, Redeemer,

and Shepherd, and celebrate what He

has done. Psalms 100 tells us to bring the

right Spirit to the Lord seriously and for

others to do the same.

“Make a joyful shout to the Lord!” he says

in verse 1. We are to to freely express our

praise to Him. God’s goodness and grace

should motivate us to freely express our

love and allegiance to Him with shouts

of joy. Our thoughts about God should

lead us to joyful praise. And to bring the

sacrifice of praise every time we enter into

the House of God.
