GOD OFTEN SENDS HIS HELP BY

         WAY OF HUMAN HANDS

I praise God for people making that

possible. All this week I have been

watching as love and giving kept

pouring out from people helping

people through out the areas

affected by the floods and storms

this year. God has given His people

many opportunities to minister to

our communities and beyond.

I thought about Proverbs 31. As

believers, we are to offer a helping

hand to others. In Proverbs 31,

we read of the virtuous woman who

“extends her hand to the needy” (v.20).

She helps to remind us that extending

ourselves to others is a biblical virtue

to be exhibited by all believers.

There are many who are struggling

because of all the flooding and

storms and were in great need of

assistance. Our faith in God is proven

when we care enough to pray for all

the people affected by the

floods and storms.  God often sends

His help by way of human hands;

and I am so thankful for people even

strangers that have shown such

a loving and caring spirit.
